FloIQ Technology LLC ("FloIQ," "we," "us") operates AI phone and messaging assistants for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services or communicating with us by phone or text message, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Contact information you provide: name, business name, phone number, email address, and mailing/service address.
Communications content: the content of calls and text messages with our assistants, including recordings and transcripts, used to fulfill and improve the service.
Service and usage data: call/message metadata (time, duration, delivery status) and account activity.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and support our call-answering and messaging services.
To send you operational and transactional messages (e.g., service confirmations, capacity or status alerts) and to respond to your inquiries.
To maintain records in our and our customers' CRM systems, and to improve service quality.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for marketing under any circumstances.

Consent: We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in (for example, by providing their mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, or by messaging us first). Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message types: operational and transactional notifications, and two-way conversational replies from our operator (Grace) and representative (Lara).
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or email arthur@getfloiq.com.
Frequency & cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the service — for example, our telephony and messaging provider (Twilio) and our CRM and email infrastructure. These providers are bound to use the information solely to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile/SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain communications content and contact data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, request access to or deletion of your information, and update your contact details by emailing arthur@getfloiq.com. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
