These Terms govern the FloIQ text-messaging program ("FloIQ Operator SMS"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
FloIQ sends operational and transactional notifications (for example, service-live and CRM-logging confirmations and capacity alerts) and two-way conversational replies from its operator (Grace) and representative (Lara) to individuals who have opted in.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, or by sending a message to us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. FloIQ does not charge for the messages themselves.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we
will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages, unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers; carrier participation may change.
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
